Built to stay compliant. Coaches post needs by position and profile, never interest in a named player who hasn't entered the portal. Interest checks open only for players who have officially entered.

Seniors and graduate students finishing their eligibility, by position, taken from schools' published rosters by Team Give and Go staff. A departure doesn't guarantee an opening: some players return, and programs also fill spots with freshmen.

Only players who have officially entered the portal and agreed to be listed appear here, by initials. Verified coaches tick a box to show interest; players see only the anonymous count. Entered the portal and don't see yourself? Ask TG&G staff to list you.
The board is open to signed-in players, verified coaches and TG&G staff, to protect the players listed on it.
Describe the player you need, not a player you know. Your name and school are never shown to players.
Remove a need once it's filled. You can post up to 25.
Before approving, open the school's athletics staff directory and confirm the person and title are listed. A school email address is a good sign but not proof.
Use initials or a nickname, never a full name or current school.
When a player commits or withdraws, update her status. She leaves the board, and her outcome builds your own landing-odds record over time.
Count seniors and grad students on the school's published roster who are using their final season. Saving the same school, level and season again replaces its numbers.
Only staff see which coach posted each need. Remove anything that names a school or a specific player.
They must create an account first. Staff can approve coaches and list players, so add only people you trust.
